Lots of my preferred business tools have free versions to use! I started there and then upgraded for more options as I grew my business. Sign In Scheduling formerly 10to8 (scheduling tool – free version)

Wave (accounting and invoicing tool – free version)

Google products (Calendar, Drive, Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs – free)

Zoom (for online tutoring and coaching calls – free version is good but I have Zoom Pro)

Laptop with a webcam and microphone (I love Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga with pen stylus and X1 Carbon )

Canva (design tool – free version but I currently have the paid version)

Kit formerly Convertkit (email marketing – free version but I currently moved to the paid version for sales funnels and automation)

Instagram and Facebook (business accounts)

Teacher Pay Teacher (materials – free and paid)

Woocommerce (free and paid)

Sound Meter (app by Smart Tools Co that lets me know if I’m talking too loud)

Jabra or Earfun (wireless headphones + microphone)

Logitech webcam (if you want to upgrade from your laptop webcam)

Samsung Go Mic (if you want to upgrade from your laptop microphone try a portable USB condenser microphone)
